Diet, Supplements, Herbs, Self-Care


During treatments, I provide education about diet, health supplements and herbal medicines. Goals include:

• Reducing inflammation
• Reducing exposure to allergens (which your body is particularly sensitive to when injured)
• Providing the physiological building blocks of your recovery
• Energetically balancing the constitution

I also educate about self-care techniques, including:

• Stretching
• Strength-training
• Self-massage
• Range of motion techniques
• Qi Gong (Chinese for ‘Energy Work’)
• Meditation

It’s important to realize that healing doesn’t stop after leaving the treatment room. Diet, health supplements, herbal medicines and self-care techniques will provide the nutritional, physiological and energetic changes necessary to restore your well-being.
